Sample Menus

Our Fridge Feast consists of 3 snacks, 3 light meals and 3 main meals. Our menus are refreshed regularly and we love to test new recipes (on ourselves first!) To whet your appetite, have a look below at a selection of the meals you'll find in your Fridge Feast:

Snacks

  • Pistachio dukka, tomato bread and dipping oil 
  • Spicy bean dip with crudites
  • Tapenade with olive oil crackers 
  • Pumpkin scones 
  • Relish oat rounds
  • Banana and sesame seed loaf
  • Chocolate and coconut balls

Light Meals

  • Tomato, bulgar wheat and and spinach salad
  • Egg pilau
  • Stuffed peppers with new potatoes, feta and pesto
  • Portobello mushrooms with pearl barley
  • Black eyed beancaskes with ginger onion marmalade
  • Aubergine salad
  • Broad bean, barley and mint salad
  • Mushroom, walnut and spicy quinoa burgers with raw coleslaw

 

Main Meals

  • Mixed nut and haloumi loaf with tomato sauce and vegetables
  • Egg and lentil curry
  • Feta and couscous fritters
  • Potato, coriander and courgette bake
  • Root vegetable tagine
  • Vegeree
  • Wild rice and vegetables in a lemon and ginger sauce
